Adding Funds to your VCard: There are four (5) easy and convenient ways to load your VCard, Jamaica National Building Society (JN LIVE) any Paymaster location, Scotiabank/NCB online banking services and additionally there is Tele - Scotia. See detailed instructions below:

  • JN Live
    • Sign up for your JN Live account.
    • Login your account.
    • Select pay bills.
    • Select VCard and add/transfer funds.
    • Allow 24hrs for the transaction to be processed.

    • Transaction fee is FREE!
  • Paymaster
    • Present you VCard account number and address to the teller, at any PayMaster Islandwide
    • Inform the teller your making payment to Virtualpay or Unique Media Design limited
    • Add funds to your VirtualPay Inc account.
    • Allow 24hrs for the transaction to be processed.
    • Visit shopvmj.com and enjoy convenient shopping.
    • Transaction fee is J$106.00
  • Scotiabank
    • Sign up for a Scotiabank online account.
    • When this is activated login to your Scotiabank account.
    • Go to bill payment and locate VirtualPay Inc.
    • Select and enter your VCard number followed by the amount being transferred.
    • Allow 24hrs for your VCard account to be updated.
    • Visit shopvmj.com and enjoy convenient shopping.
    • Transaction fee is J$70.0
  • National Commercial Bank
    • Sign up for a NCB online account.
    • When this is activated login to your NCB account.
    • Go to bill payment and locate VirtualPay Inc.
    • Select and enter your VCard number followed by the amount being transferred.
    • Allow 24hrs for your VCard account to be updated.

    • Transaction fee is J$70.00
  • Tele-Scotia (1-888-754-7268)
  • Signing up for the first time:
    • Dial the Tole-free number.
    • Select option 4.
    • Select 1 to add a bill.
    • Enter your Scotia Card number and access code.
    • Listen for categories and select 'OTHERS'.
    • Under others Press 8.
    • Listen for ‘VirtualPay Inc’ and select it.
    • Add Your VCard number.
  • Adding Funds in the Future: (Existing Users)
    • Dial Tole-Free number, select option 1.
    • Select option 1 again and proceed to pay bill. (which is adding funds)
    • Listen for VirtualPay Inc. and select it.
    • Adds Funds to your VCard Account.
    • Allow 24hrs for your VCard account to be updated.
    • Visit shopvmj.com and enjoy convenient shopping.
    • Transaction fee is J$70.00.

    • There is no minimum however the maximum amount to load on your card is J$100,000.00. Loading fees are applied immediately each time you add funds to your VCard.
